Spring Camp 2018
Your kids will have fun sewing in these 4 day camps and learn a new skill too! Please keep in mind that if your child has never used a sewing machine or has never sewn before, then they most likely will finish one project rather then several during the camp. In addition to learning a new skill they will also learn how to use the machine and sewing tools safely. This all, of course, takes time and will prepare them for a lifetime of sewing. Others who have taken camp or classes before, will have the opportunity to finish as many items as time and skill level allows. Thank you for your understanding in advanced.
Only 8 spaces available per camp. You must pay to hold your space.
Call with a credit card, or come in 310-670-2429. **We won't be taking Paypal payments for the camps as it makes for too much confusion and overlapping of payments.
Thank you for understanding and we look forward to seeing you!

Linda Tidwell, from Chicago, Illinois, came from a large family of tailors, pattern makers and seamstresses where she learned the important things in creative sewing. At a very young age, she was inspired and found a true calling in creative fashion design. While in high school, she studied photography which has aided her in her fashion design.
After college, she attended Ray Vogue School of Design in Chicago where she studied and further developed her pattern making skills, fabric draping and fabric analysis. Linda has participated in numerous fashion shows and fashion events throughout the years and was an invited guest speaker at FIDM in San Francisco. She has worked with several print and graphic companies which furthered her skills and understanding of the print industry side of fashion and illustration. Linda has designed for numerous public and private icons throughout the years. She recently worked at Mood fabrics in Los Angeles where she developed and formatted their very first pattern, the tote bag pattern.
Linda enjoys and loves teaching and sharing what she has learned. Soon, Linda will complete her book on teaching sewing techniques, for all ages!
